Project Management Officer

Element Logic is growing at a high pace and is looking for a Project Management Officer (PMO) to be responsible for providing necessary project management support in the organization. You will contribute to building project management capability and strengthening project management standards and methodology. Furthermore, you will scope, manage, and execute upon strategic projects, while also communicating project outcomes.

As PMO you will be part of the Strategy & Innovation team and work closely with management teams and dedicated colleagues across Europe. Main responsibilities and tasks:

  • Support, coordinate and administer projects and programs
  • Develop governance structures and help with resource planning and budgeting of projects
  • Coach project managers in how to structure and prioritize in their projects
  • Reporting to the management board for company-wide program and provide consolidated view of projects
  • Track relevant KPIs
  • Develop project management methodology and help building the PM structures
  • Monitor the project portfolio and facilitate dialogue across projects
  • Oversee the development of projects and ensure deliveries while upholding the company’s standards
  • Document project creation, development, and execution, the project scope and budget

To succeed and thrive in the role, you will need:

  • Minimum a bachelor’s degree in business, innovation, strategy or the like
  • Relevant project management experience (certifications are a plus)
  • High-level skillset in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Advanced business and commercial understanding
  • Full professional proficiency in English
  • Experience working with strategy and/or innovation is an advantage
  • Interest in technology
